Od platnosti požadavkům celní unie tyto nahrazují odpovídající požadavky uvedené v právních předpisech Ruské federace, které jsou uvedeny v dalších částech této webové stránky, avšak požadavky Ruské federace, které nejsou v rozporu s požadavky Celní unie platí nadále.
